In Sub-Saharan Africa, there are 218 million men, women, and children living in extreme poverty. Poor health reduces families work productivity causing poverty to be passed down through the generations. 83% of the population live in rural areas and depend on agriculture for self-sustenance. Gateway 2 Missions is committed to the fight to keep Ugandans healthy and fed by establishing farms, food banks, charity medical clinics, and teaching sustainable business.
Uganda has been identified by the United Nations as the biggest humanitarian crises that has been neglected. We’re fighting to change this. Our next mission trip to Uganda is right around the corner! We will be leaving for Dima on November 27th and are very much looking forward to reaching souls, touching hearts, and changing lives through the love and power of Jesus Christ.
During our time in Uganda, we will be actively cultivating farmland, purchasing livestock, operating a food bank, establishing a medical clinic and ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ. We need your help to make our efforts go even further!
We rely on the kindness and generosity of partners and donors such as you. Your continued support in helping provide for the needs of those suffering extreme poverty is crucial to our efforts. Please help keep the vision moving forward. Every dollar counts!
